HR Generalist (24 months contract)

Basic qualifications:

Master's degree at least

Fluency in English in mandatory (interview in English)

Good HR background with proven skills and track record with 3 years relevant experience in multinational companies with matrix organizations

In-depth knowledge of labor law and proven activities in Industrial & Employee Relations

Place of work: Verona, willingness to travel.

Excellent communications skills (active listening, negotiation and presentation).

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Responsabilities

HR Generalist is accountable of implementing HR strategies, initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Global HR agenda.

In accordance with the Industrial and Employee Relations Director, he/she is accountable for the proper application of contractual rules and the fulfillment of legal obligations, during development, management and termination of employment contracts, in accordance with the GSK corporate policies.

In conjunction with the HR Manager, ensures all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.

Deals with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR Operations Team knowledge and skills to take appropriate decisions.

Support organizational redesign activities and HR budget forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates change management plans and their impact. Participates to people development initiatives, communicates, and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization.

HR Generalist is accountable for monitoring the internal clima, and developing projects aimed to promote a consistent and coherent company culture according to GSK strategies. Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of GSK employees.

HR Generalist is accountable for supporting the implementation of reward and salary policies, ensuring the effective implementation, in accordance with Compensation & Benefit structure. He/she is a coach for managers on performance management issues and processes.
