• A minimum 3.0 GPA
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university - Human Resources, Business or Psychology degree highly desirable
• High level of business English
• Less than 2-years of industry related work experience
• Graduation by Spring 2017
• Location mobility across country and willingness to travel internationally
• Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status

This 3 year rotational program will aim to accelerate your early career development through diverse experiences that will put you on the path for a future HR leadership role. You’ll experience challenging job rotations, which will be complemented by formal learning and coaching.
We will give you a breadth of experience in the core areas of our HR model, including HR Operations, Business embedded HR functions and the HR Center of Excellence. We will also give you the opportunity to spend time outside of HR in a different function, where you can gain experience closer to our customers. Your experience may be across different areas, such as Research & Development, Commercial, Manufacturing, or other relevant business areas. The aim is to accelerate your early career development through diverse experiences and put you on the path for a future leadership role at GSK, within the HR community and beyond.
During each rotation, you will develop a range of competencies and world-class leadership skills. On top of this, you will develop a broad understanding of HR, through breadth and knowledge of our different business areas.
In order to be successful on the program, we’ll expect you to manage projects and prioritize a variety of tasks effectively. This means you’ll need to build working relationships with people at all levels of our organization. In addition, you’ll analyze information and report your findings, so we can identify and understand trends, insights and facts. We’ll also look to you to help research and source this information. Not least, we want you to keep developing new skills and knowledge wherever you find the opportunity. While on the program, you will be supported by the Global Program Office, your line manager, an HR mentor and a buddy. Personal development is achieved through tailored training and development plans highlighting specific individual needs. On top of that, we also provide formal training opportunities and coaching to ensure your continued development is on track and you are successfully achieving your goals. When nearing the end of each rotation, successful associates work with the Global Program Director to identify their next rotation opportunity, which will be appropriate for individual skills development and the business needs.
