Finance Business Partner

Basic qualifications:

University degree

Excellent command of English

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis

Received "Strong" rating or above in last performance assessment

This role will perform finance partnering activities to support strategy and decision making with critical business insights and will also support one or more Commercial Business Unit Directors & their teams.

Strategy & Performance Management:

  • Assist with brand strategy
  • Support development of annual brand planning process
  • Perform monthly BU performance review (business performance and risk management)
  • Gross to net understanding and analytics
  • KPI focus and DRM interface with commercial teams
  • Interface and support to Global Franchise Board strategy & reporting

Strategic Brand Analysis:

  • Market understanding
  • Brand portfolio analysis
  • Established brand portfolio optimization and management
  • Business development financial support
  • Deal assessment and scenario planning
  • Product launch support
  • Strategic brand portfolio analysis and long term modelling

Product Profitability:

  • Margin enhancement
  • Support "pull thru" of Marketing ROI
  • Support "pull thru" of Field force ROI
  • Interface with Brand team on resource allocation to brands
  • Support pricing commercial teams strategy development

Organization Engagement:

  • S&OP participation & decision support
  • BU Finance education & business acumen

Risk Management:

  • Ensure integrity of inventory with Supply Chain Team
  • Help set 'Tone from the Top' for value based decision making
