Basic qualifications:

  • BS or higher-level degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major.
  • Less than 2 years of work experience upon graduation of a bachelors degree
  • Must be permanently eligible to work in the United State. Applicant must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa status.
  • 3.0 GPA or above

Preferred qualifications:

  • Finance related work experience (job as an intern or Co-Op)

The Finance Future Leaders Program is looking for top talent to nurture and develop into our leaders of the future. Our three year development program combines stretching and varied work experience with study for a globally recognized professional qualification. During the three years on program, you will develop the technical and leadership skills necessary to have a successful and rewarding career within our global finance organization.

While on the program you will do three 12-month rotations, each designed to develop breadth in your finance expertise as well as exposure to a broad cross section of functions within the finance organization and wider GSK business. The rotation structure allows you to get exposure to multiple business units such as Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare, Manufacturing, and R&D as well as developing the skill set to deliver strategically at both a local and regional/global level. Examples of rotations include accounts payable/receivable, operational and strategic support for the broader organization such as commercial and R&D, global tax and audit & assurance.

We are looking for high caliber individuals who have a keen interest in finance, with the ability to be both enterprise minded and attentive to detail.
