- College degree or above .
- One year working experience, preferably in office adminstation..
- Fluent in English writing & reading .

Role Purpose 职位目标：
Responsible for providing efficient & timely support to regional sales manager and the whole regional sales team and provide supports/co-ordination with various functional teams.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1.Provide supports in regional sales data collection and analysis.
2.Assist and support Regional Sales Manager in verbal and written communication within sales team.
3.Assist in regional business planning, forecasting and reporting.
4.Maintain Sales Tracking, Call Reporting System, Sales Team Contact List up to date with the greatest accuracy and on time.
5.Assist regional sales manager in maintaining the document 'Bring Forward' and filing system and in archiving and/or shredding documents according to the agreed policy at regular intervals.
6.Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.
7.Ensure all sales logistics go smoothly. (such as co-ordinate meetings arrangement, air-ticket, accommodations, fixed asset management, local procurement, etc.).
8.Assist regional sales manager to keep good record, manage Field Selling Expense.
9.Handle sales expenses reports.
10.Assist and liaison with vendor for local sales promotion activities.
11.Maintain tracking record and good storage condition in the local office for printing material, gimmicks, and samples.
12.To fully understand Company's policies, the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and all the relevant code of conduct.. In order to explain to the sales team when they implement all activities .
13.Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG).
14.Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.
