Esprit is GlaxoSmithKline's leading global talent development program for MBA or Masters in Finance qualified which builds a pipeline of diverse leaders, with the right capabilities and behaviors to drive GSK's future strategic challenges. You'll bring with you a wealth of Finance knowledge and will recognize that there's still plenty for you to learn and experience in order to become an extraordinary leader.

Esprit Finance Leadership program's overall goal is to support, stretch, develop and deliver leaders of the future. You will build your breadth of experience and leadership capabilities through this accelerated development program.

How does the Esprit Finance Leadership program work?

You will spend 3 years on a fast track development program, working your way towards as potential Senior Finance leadership role.

Beginning in your home country, you will have 3 rotations, which may include international experience.

Through challenging rotations, you will gain in-depth finance knowledge across a range of disciplines, including Commercial Finance Partnering, Finance Business Development, Finance Services, Business Transformation and Corporate Finance Partnering. Throughout the Esprit Finance program, you will cultivate a broad global business perspective, and nurture your existing Finance experience and knowledge.

Every step of the way we'll provide you with intensive development, training and support to help you to achieve your greatest potential.
