Employé(e) Administratif(ve) - Supply Chain

Your Responsibilities:
Couvrir les activites relatives au planning supply chain end to end (du pack au bulk):

• Master Data:
o Creer et maintenir les Master Data Planning afin d'avoir un plan de production adequat
o preparer les reunions "filières" et traduire les decisions dans SAP

• Global Variations :
o Suivi des approbations de variations avec les equipes RA
o Effectuer differentes analyses relatives au plan d'implementation

• Gestion d'inventaire :
o Communiquer utilisation du stock aux differentes parties interessees selon la strategie des variations.
o Suivi du stock : shelf-life, SLED dans SAP, transfer de stock, besoins pour clinical trials...

• Gestions des Write-Off :
o Analyse des notifications w-o, proposer une decision et implementer dans SAP

• Creer plan de soumission mensuel à communiquer au QA release et site pack

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
Diplôme en Economie, Management, Supply Chain ou Logistique

Preferred qualifications:
• Français courant et bon niveau en anglais

• Competences et aptitudes :
o IT : SAP/APO; Office
o Connaissances des processus et contraintes de production/QA/RA ;
o Analyse de donnees, tables, chiffres. Capacite à comprendre et expliquer les chiffres dans le système.
o Rigueur et precision
o Capacite d'organisation
o Communication claire et directe.
o Capable de prendre des initiatives, autonome.
o Resistance au stress
