Bachelor degree or above in Science / Biz / Medical
At least 5 years sales/marketing experience in multi-international pharmaceutical company. Managerial experience is required
Good experience and insight on distribution strategy and management
Good planning / project management capability
Strong leadership capability
Good English skill both in written and spoken.
Set up and update overall commercial distribution strategy/model and plan align with vaccine biz strategy
Rationalizing and managing current distribution agreement, relevant memorandums following GSK marketing strategy, to achieve objective for distribution. Coordinate various projects with collaboration with other team internally.
Lead to troubleshoot distributor issues arisen, proactively advise on improving / re-engineering the distribution processes in close cooperation with internal customers ( sales & marketing teams ) and the distributors
Co-ordinate distributor and GSK financial to implement order processing, credit control and reporting system;
Supervise and optimize inventory levels in both distributor and CDC channel;
Advise distributor on customer and GSK sales team's requirements in terms of distribution strategies, gives recommendations for improvement and increase satisfaction of customer and GSK sales team
Smooth over the relationship between distributor and GSK sales team; Assist sales team regard to distribution issues
Develop a long-term professional alliance with relevant authorities / key account/distribution net in areas of vaccine, diseases prevention and control and Shanghai Price Bureau following the business needs.
Coordinating with regional HCA team on product tendering / bidding / pricing
Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG)
Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior
