Digital Manager- 12 month contract

We are looking for a Digital Manager to join our fast paced and dynamic team in Abbotsford on a 12 month maternity contract. In this role, you will be encouraged to innovate and pilot fresh new ideas whilst continuing to develop and deliver imperative digital strategies for the business and it's brands.

You will be responsible for contributing to the ViiV Australia Multi Channel marketing and digital strategy 2019, executing the digital tactical plan with excellence and working collaboratively with the ViiV Healthcare International Headquarters and Asia Pacific hub. The successful candidate will lead the cross functional team for all ViiV's digital channels such as ViiV Exchange, ViiV Corporate site, Email, Digital Media, and iOS and Android Patient Application.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

•Develop and execute digital operational plans with the ViiV Healthcare Australia team to help grow the promoted brands through our digital channels, meeting/exceeding KPIs.
•Regularly report on campaign and channel performance and develop optimisation plans to increase channel and content effectiveness
•Lead cross functional teams in creation and ongoing optimisation of digital content plans, communications, and digital advertising plans to support brands.
•Lead the future development of the iOS and Android patient support application.
•Integrate and align global content, platforms and projects into the local activities.
Contribute to above country network teams and the development of ViiV International multi-channel marketing and digital projects
•Work collaboratively and share the experience of digital outputs in the Australian market with the International Headquarters and ViiV/GSK Asia Hub markets
•Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
•Support the marketing team with the development and implementation of projects.
•Develop an understanding of the HIV therapy area and contribute to the long term strategy of ViiV key brands.

To be successful in this role you will be a strategic thinker and able to influence internal and external stakeholders. You will have extensive commercial experience in the digital marketing, web and mobile application, a passion for new technologies and innovative solutions and experience in a marketing/brand role.

Most of all you should be passionate about working within a highly specialised business area that connects directly with medical professionals of all levels who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
