Digital Channel Specialist

Working within the Commercial Excellence team, the Digital Channel Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all digital channels are performing to the optimal level in line with business needs. You will be a strategic thinker and be the champion for best practice use of digital channels across the business.
- Manage (and hold others accountable) for end to end delivery of our owned digital channels eg. email campaigns, webinars, SMS marketing, etc
- Own the documentation & education of channel processes to ensure role clarity with the LOC and global teams
- Manage the campaign calendars across multiple brand teams to ensure alignment and cross-functional efficiency
- Develop regular channel performance reports and lead the business in using insights to increase future performance
- Use customer insights to develop proposals for the global channel roadmap
- Briefing and managing third party providers
- Escalate and manage technical issues with the above country teams
- Ensure effective governance of processes
This role requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to ensure that the brand teams deliver in line with timelines and expectations. You will have experience in a strategic digital role managing various channels and third party agencies.
