Digital Analytics Developer

Your Responsibilities:
We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company. At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

Main competencies covered by GSK IT are: Cyber Security, R&D (Labware, eTrack, Argus, Documentum), CRM applications, Mobile Applications, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, BI, Artwork and Packaging Systems, Laboratory Execution Systems (LIMS), Adobe AEM, Veeva, Salesforce, Digital Projects Delivery, AI, Knowledge Management, Hosting Infrastructure, Networks, Collaboration Tools and End-User Support.

This role supports the operations, development and continuous improvement of an application or group of applications within a portfolio and manages the full lifecycle while in production. An ongoing commitment to improve the user experience for each application is required.

To be a part of Commercial Analytics and Insight Service (CAIS) Business Intelligence and Digital Analytics team supporting the global operational support for Business Intelligence for internal customers on the expected SLA level.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support web development (html, javascript), web analytics development and other data sources integration with Web Analytics platform of choice (Adobe Analytics in this case)
• Provide consultancy to business IT units at a high technical level in the design, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web Analytics code and tags in Tag Management System.
• Tech Writer for new Digital Analytics solutions processes
• Develop required level of technical knowledge of the applications supported
• Provide support for unplanned service interruptions (Adobe Analytics/QlikView/Enterprise Data Warehouse)
• To be part of the CAIS BI Service and pro-actively work with remote colleagues in supporting incidents, problems and tasks completion

Basic qualifications:
• Minimum educational background: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery/AJAX)
• Proven track record in Web Development and Web Analytics concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, software and services in use for delivering Information Technology services
• Proven track record in project implementation in Web Analytics and Data Quality
• Experience in Agile development methods, data integration mechanisms, architectural design tools
• Understand Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree educational background
• HTML development
• JavaScript development
• TAG Management based on Adobe Analytics
• SQL knowledge
• Database knowledge
