Dental Detailing Executive

Your Responsibilities:
In GSK Hong Kong and Macau, we have a dedicated team of about 200 people, ensuring local people have timely access to our medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help them to DO MORE, FEEL BETTER and LIVE LONGER.

By offering a broad range of medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products, we help healthcare professionals to provide the right treatments for patients.

The Dental Detailing Executive is required to promote GSK's oral care products to private clinic and hospitals, clinics/doctors in related medical professions, in pursuit of achieving sales KPIs and strategic objectives in driving recommendation, in accordance to GSK's best practice and policies.

To accomplish sales KPIs in every cycle:
•Individual KPI
•Team KPI
To promote a range of products to target hospitals, doctors and related medical professions
•Provide adequate product information and good customer services
•Be involved in the promotional activities e.g. luncheon and evening lectures, PR program and booth exhibitions

To fully execute and follow-through on promotion opportunities:
•Identity potential buyers and prescribers
•Generate new accounts and get hospital listings of forcing products
•Expand the consumption level amongst existing users

To implement territorial management:
•Have a good understanding on the customers' profile
•Identify right target audience and visit at an adequate frequency

To keep sales and customers records updated:
•Doctor call cards, daily and monthly call report, samples distribution from and any other reports required by management
•Collect and feedback market information.
•Support for ad-hoc projects related to selling skills, e.g coach new staff in handle in-coming customer call for sales order.

Compliance requirement:
•Ensure that local/global internal/external compliance requirements are met, and associated policies are developed, deployed and effectively managed/complied with.
•Promptly report adverse events received from interaction with customers or consumers during field visit, sales meeting or call, sales events, or other sales activities.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• At least 2 years or more sales experience in healthcare & pharmaceutical industry.
• Undergraduate degree in a related science field.
• Experience in selling to Health Care Professionals.
• Strong selling skill and account management.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• IT skill in Microsoft Office, and able to handle internal IT systems for personal claims, sales ordering etc.
• Team player. Result oriented. Self-motivated

• Experience in covering dental healthcare professionals preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in managing sales of dental products (including devices) preferred.
