Details:

  • 掌握区域的商业客户、各级经销商的发展趋势,根据客户、市场和品牌的发展特征,制定区域商业供货渠道的整体策略和产品通路解决方案;
  • 管理区域各级经销商,跟进经销商订单,完成经销商订货指标;
  • 根据公司制定的口腔医学市场销售策略及市场计划,分解销售的指标并完成口腔医学终端、各级经销商的口腔护理保健品销售工作,达成所辖区域的销售指标;
  • 加强渠道和价格管理,拓展渠道,建立、创新销售运营体系;
  • 区域经销商的甄选和协议制定及管理、审核;
  • 保证渠道合理库存,并保证销售预测准确率;
  • 贯彻执行公司的财务、销售费用管理制度,保证各项费用符合公司相关规定及各项费用制度的合规使用,并有预见性地提出合理化费用建议,提高资源利用率,控制预算保证公司制定的财务运营指标;
  • According to the different need of the customers and distributors, constituting the regional commercial strategy and route of market.
  • Manage different tiers distributors and develop sales strategy according to the characteristics of the customers. Follow sales order and achieve the sell in target.
  • Execute company strategy and action plan. Archive the sales underlying target.
  • Best performance such as forecast accuracy, price & channel maintenance terminal management.

Distributor selection and signing of contract agreement.

  • Assess and enhance sales ROI. Manage the total sales investment budget including Channel Funds, Selling A&P, Opex in order to achieve total bottom line target.
