Job Description Summary
1.Plan, Organize, manage and evaluate customer service activities.
2.Develop, Implement, and manage customer service policies, procedures, standards, and strategies comply with regulation, standards, and best practice
3.Ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of overall organization
4.Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effective of all customer service activities.
5.Prepare report and statistics related to the customer service function for upper management and for meeting with customers and prepare presentation at monthend and also present to upper management level.
6.Maintain current technical skills and apply new knowledge to improve customer service activities.
7.Analyze customer service related information and evaluate the option to choose the best solutions for customer service and to identify opportunities to improve customer service performance
8.Result customer complaints and answers questions regarding our service, policies and procedures.
9.Coach, train, manage, lead and also appraise the performance of customer service staff
10.Work across boundaries by working, communicating and collaborating related person across functions.
11.Manage project with key account customers and regional projects
12.Perform day to day administrative tasks.
- Education: Bachelor degree/ Master degree
- Program experience: MS office / SAP APO
- Language: English communication skill writing, listening and speaking.
- Experience: 5-8 years experiences (Demand Planning & 2-3 experience in Supply Chain) with 2-3 years people management.

Essential Skills and Abilities:
- In depth knowledge of Demand Forecasting
- Ability to work with the Commercial and finance team to deliver continuous improvement forecast accuracy
- Systems Knowledge, including SAP, APO and BW.
- Expert in excel.
- Strong communicator.
- Basic finance knowledge.
