Data Center Manager(SFE team)

Basic qualifications:

(1)Bachelor degree required. Advanced degree in quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer technology and application, Operations Research. MBA preferred.

(2)Good logical sense, strategic thinking skills and able to mine data insight and develop data infrastructure

(3)5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in IT delivery, SFE CRM and DSM management, PM or delivery engineer role in consulting firm)

(4)Good interpersonal and communications skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts and information clearly and concisely to a wide range of audiences

(5)High levels of analytical (both quantitative and qualitative) capability coupled with a proven ability to think conceptually

(6)Strong Excel, Access, VBA etc. skills; knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis techniques

(7)English proficiency in reading, writing and oral communication

Role Purpose 职位目的:

Develop and enhancement data infrastructure and cross system data management.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

(1)Develop all SFE related data center by:

a)Set up master data management SOP and data transaction rule set up;

b)Develop cross system data interaction working instruction;

c)Cross system data configuration and migration

(2)Cognos management, includes report develop and deployment;

(3)Data capture management, includes DMS upgrade and maintenance as well as HCO data structure enhancement

(4)System template develop and routine frontend maintenance

(5)Operation process management and improvement with proactive strategy to serve the business model

(6)All system bug management

(7)IT coordinate, as a delegate from SFE
