Customer Service Specialist (third party)
Role Purpose 职位目的：
Take charge of customer ordering process and customer order related issue resolution. Closely work with Sales, Finance Share Service, other Supply Chain teams to communicate customer orders' information and adjust supply plans or logistics plans to resolve order issues, and then improve customer order On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.
Ensure customer master file to be set up into system timely and accurately for Cx and the process to be consistent with related SOP.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
Take charge of the sales order processing and validate sales orders to meet company and regulatory requirements.
Support ordering process improvement, which includes order approval, quota, maintain discount, order issue, order cancel, SOP etc... To make sure the order to cash flow is streamlined.
Develop daily sales order reports from CERPS system, and daily send national sales report and sales channel report.
Resolve any issues in Order to Cash process. Understand the special requirements from both internal and external customers and then provide the constructive solution with collaboration with sales team, Finance Share Service, logistics and all relevant departments to solve the issue or meet special requirement. The target is to make the order execution smoothly so as to fulfill sales orders.
Key user of all the modules of E-ordering system and O2C functionality of CERPS system; and work together with IT, sale and finance to resolve system issue if have
Owner of monthly/weekly OTIF reports. Provides the accurate analysis data for Unfullfilled and Delivery Delay to logistics and planning team and resolves the reporting issues quickly, so as to ensure accuracy of OTIF report and submit data in system on-time
Be responsible for master file set up which including customer, products, warehouse, cost center, accounting code, etc. To ensure the business requirements from finance and business side can be meeting.

A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.
Strong systems and analytical skills;
Strong verbal, written communication skills in English and Chinese;
Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner;
High attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office packages;
2+ years SC or order processing handling experience;
