Customer Experience Engineering Manager

Your Responsibilities:
This role is a critical component of the new digital and customer experience measurement capability being stood up within GSK US Pharma to ensure that accurate, connected and accessible data is readily available to drive intelligent marketing automation, real-time optimization, valuable experiences and actionable insights. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our digital transformation across US GSK Pharma

The individual in this role will oversee the successful implementation and governance of the analytics tracking tools and process to enable real-time optimization and experimentation. He/she will provide leadership and direction for paid media tagging, all HCP and patient facing US Pharma assets (including website and apps), content and holistic campaign tracking parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create innovative tagging/implementation solutions for personalization and experimental designs in a test and learn environment.

• Lead the set-up, roll-out and embedding of digital and CX measurement and testing platforms such as Adobe analytics, Adobe Target, Decibel Insights, TrackingFirst, Google Analytics, Doubleclick among others.

• Lead tech implementation and roll-out of strategic A/B and Multivariate test in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with Marketing, CX/UX, measurement leads and Developers to build and launch optimization campaigns. Work closely with brand, content, channel and digital experience teams to rollout robust test designs for US Pharma brand websites.

• Lead cross-functional team, including brand, agency partners, IT (GSK Tech) and digital/CX measurement teams in gathering and translate tagging needs into technical measurement requirements to effectively capture and track data for digital, customer experience and campaign measurement. Facilitate coordination of tagging processes and manage communications with IT and execution teams, as well as third-party agency stakeholders across multiple platforms

• Leverage project management experience to align resources and monitor timelines to ensure timely, flawless delivery of implementation initiatives across over 50 owned sites and multiple paid media assets across HCP and patient programs. Manage the trafficking, testing and implementation of ad campaigns and pixel tags as needed. Monitor all live campaigns for proper serving, click through action, and conversion events

• Keep abreast of emerging digital tracking and measurement technologies and how they will impact or enhance current platforms, processes and measurement

• Develop, maintain and evolve standard frameworks for digital analytics implementation and data dictionaries for various tags, and maintain variable mappings for data validation of these tags.
• Provide digital measurement support as needed to support brand campaign and CX optimization team as needed

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise digital tag management systems such as Ensighten, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium or other tag management tools

• 6+ years of experience with Web Analytics tools such as Adobe, WebTrends, Google, Doubleclick, Atlas, Sizmek, etc

• 6+ years of eCommerce/Digital experience, including personalization, A/B & multivariate testing, responsive web design and native mobile applications (iOS, Android)

• 2+ years of experience with implementation of testing tools such as SiteSpec, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc

• 4+ years of experience with 3rd party advertising tools, re-marketing tools and data management platforms

• 4+ years of experience using tag auditing, tag diagnostics and tag debugging tools

• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams

• Must be proficient with javascript, iFrame, and other HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation

• Must be proficient in ad server targeting methods

• Must be able to demonstrate digital/CX analytics and technical expertise - liaison between publishers, media buying agencies and IT among others

Preferred qualifications:
• Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize well in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are desired.

• Familiarity with different online advertising pricing structures (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.).

• Familiarity with metrics and optimization methods associated with channels such as display, video, search, email, website, social, etc
