Content & Comms Channel Activation Lead

Your Responsibilities:
Purpose of Work Position:
• As a part of Belarus team support the availability of GSK medicines & vaccines in market
• Ensure centrally developed ethical promotional strategies and deliverables are implemented consistently (customized as necessary), efficiently, and to the highest possible standard across the market via the Medical Representative field force (and digital channels where appropriate)
• Support the training team to ensure the field force possesses the knowledge & capabilities essential for ethical promotion
• Effective interactions within LOC cross-functional team and with CIS marketing colleagues to support clear strategy execution
• Ensure collected customer feedback relevant to improving GSK's access agenda, and communicate with above market teams as necessary

Main activities/tasks:
• Secure centrally developed ethical promotional materials
• Customize content and materials for promotional and MCM- activities in line with both internal and external Belarus legislative requirements
• Drive consistent implementation of the ethical promotional strategies and deliverables with the field force
• Support actively the training team to ensure their material is ethical and compliant
• Support the field force to ensure MR possess medicine & vaccine knowledge and have professional capabilities essential for ethical and compliant promotion
• Plan and organize GSK participation in third-party events and GSK MCM- events across the country to support marketing strategy execution
• Management of collected customer insights and feedback
• Using proper techniques and searching the information from all available sources (internal, external and corporate sources) to identify suitable data to exploit maximum products potential
• Ensure portfolio optimization and launch activities in line with Global & Cluster strategy
• Ensure regularly provision of in-market data and feedback for the Head of Rep office and the Commercial Operations Manager for the Cluster as well as the GM

• Ensure that all promotional materials for use inside or outside the company comply with relevant internal, multinational and local codes of Advertising and Promotional Practice and that all such materials have gone through the appropriate internal approval systems

Requirements:
- Experience with brands
- Experience in the role of brand champion, KAM, brand manager
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in MSM is desirable

Key Job Selection Criteria:
• University Graduate in Medicine/Pharmaceutical/Marketing
• English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Excellent PC skills
• Driver's license

Preferred qualifications:
• Experienced professional with 3 years plus in ethical marketing in Pharma
• Digital Marketing experience
• Designing, customization and delivering marketing and digital campaigns
• MCM experience
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills, able to champion brands and ensure teamwork with all internal and external agencies and functions
