Commercial Manager

Your Responsibilities:

依据公司销售部销售的整体商业政策及区域内的商业政策实施方法,管理本地区内的一级商业,实现年度商业销售任务和区域覆盖,以及一级回款。

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:(概括关键职责及每项职责所要达成的结果 primary deliverables of roles)
1. 确保公司商业销售政策的贯彻执行及商业客户的推动、激励、控制和开发,以实现既定的商业销售任务和一级回款:
 保证年度一级和二级客户协议的按时签订完成
 定期拜访商业客户,参与定期组织商业总结沟通会,
 对一级和二级客户选择与调整提出建议
 跟踪管理商业的进销存。
2. 协助区域政府事务经理管理所负责市场内各产品商业销售价格符合公司的规定
3. 管理范围内下游客户各产品消耗的正常供应;
4. 确保公司所有产品通路畅通,保证所辖分销商不断货, 从而达到公司的销售任务。
5. 负责组织医院和零售团队通过建立工作小组,在区域招标经理的规划和协调下开展工作,以确保公司产品在当地医院采购招标工作的有效开展,及时收集并反馈医院招标售息;
6. 确保及时收集商业信息,上报经销商进销存及出库明细。
7. 保证遵守商业道德及良好规范的市场操作,以提升公司形象。
8. 做好商业销售预测及工作计划并及时上报自己的直接上级。

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
- 大学本科或以上学历,医药、市场营销或相关专业。
• 任职经验Working Experience:
- 具有三年以上药品或消费品销售工作和渠道管理经验。
• 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
- 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关医药政策法规
- 了解国家关于医药招标相关的政策
- 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点,具备一定的供应链管理的知识
- 了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识
• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes等
- 良好的英语听说读写译能力
• 能力要求Competency:
- 良好的组织协调、人际关系沟通能力
- 较强的独立开展工作的能力
- 良好的分析、计划、执行能力
- 客户关系管理能力
