Cognitive Support Analyst (GSK IT)

Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Area of Specialisation: Information Technology; Computer Science or related field

Application development experience using JSON, NodeJS, and MongoDB

  • Demonstrated expertise in HTML and web page design (JavaScript, CSS style sheets, document object model); XML and web services
  • Experience or eagerness to learn Live Chat/Chat Bot/AI technologies
  • Proficient in English language, both written and oral.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the ITIL service management model

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and development of solution to meet business unit objectives
  • Data analytics of existing service desk transcripts and tickets
  • Level 2 technical support for the resolution of complex service problems
  • Participation in system and user acceptance testing efforts within service.
