Category Trade Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:

通过对渠道管理、品类管理、RTM策略以及购物者洞察的深入理解,制定指定品牌相应的渠道营销目标与策略,并追踪计划执行情况,以达成所负责品牌的整体生意指标。

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:(概括关键职责及每项职责所要达成的结果 primary deliverables of roles)
• 协同市场部综合分析内外部数据确认生意机会,并根据生意机会、总体品牌策略以及销售目标制定相应的年度渠道营销策略和计划,并通过追踪计划的有效实施,达成公司设定的KPI
• 依照年度渠道营销策略,按时制定相应的渠道营销活动计划并追踪执行情况
• 依照产品的生命周期与公司销售团队的覆盖能力,订定相应的分销目标,同时设计相应的活动支持产品分销,并追踪达成进度
• 制定促销活动计划,设定相应的KPI及追踪机制,确保促销活动的ROI与执行质量
• 制定陈列活动计划、陈列架及制作陈列品,影响购物者对产品的购买,以确保最佳化的购物者体验与品类货架上的最佳呈现。
• 制定影响药店店员推荐的计划,并协同相关部门完成物料制作,提升药店店员对产品的认知度、熟悉度与推荐意愿。
• 管理新产品上市在经销商及零售渠道上架的流程,协同相关部门制定新产品的价值链,在确保产品的利润率的前提下,保证价值链的合理性。
• 制定新产品上市的渠道营销计划
• 管理渠道费用(G2N & Selling P),并通过活动后的ROI分析以及活动总结确保市场投入的有效性。
• 对品牌的渠道计划的执行情况进行追踪和反馈,帮助品牌组与销售团队不断改进。
• 监测市场动态,对竞争者活动进行分析、评估对管理层定期汇报,并对进一步的行动提出建议。
• 与全球品类与购物者营销团队协同发展适合中国市场使用的相关管理工具,并将全球品类与购物者营销团队所发展出来的策略,依照中国市场的特色做相应的调整,以使该策略能在中国更好地开展
• 监控品类发展趋势,并协同重点零售客户做好相应的品类管理工作。
• 负责每月的销售需求预测(demand forecast)

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
- 大学本科或以上学历,市场营销、工商管理相关专业 University or above degree, major in Marketing, Business Administration related
• 任职经验Working Experience:
- 3-7年以上医药保健品或快速消费品渠道行销部门工作经验more than 3years hands-on Channel Marketing experience in Healthcare or FMCG industry
- 具有一定的品牌渠道行销或品类管理经验为佳
Some category Channel Marketing or category management experience is preferred
- 具有一定的销售团队管理经验为佳Some sales management experience is preferred
• 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
- 通晓市场及渠道营销的相关工具与流程,并具实际操作经验
- 中国市场运作、营销及法规知识China market operation, trading and regulatory knowledge
- 较好的了解零售部分的运作Good understanding of the operation in retail sectors
- 了解销售管理、区域管理、供应链管理及陈列理货知识Sales management principles, field selling, territory management, supply chain management, merchandising

• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
- 熟练应用电脑和常用办公软件Strong numeric and computer literate (including MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)
- 良好的英语听说读写译能力Fair in oral and written English
• 能力要求Competency:
