We are currently recruiting for a Category Project Manager to assist the Category Team in hitting KPI's through the provision of analysis, insights and recommendation, using Nielsen, Aztec and IMS data. The role will also assist Category Managers to bring consistency across the portfolios in key remit areas, ensuring best in class execution.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage agenda production and coordination for Consumer Alignment Meetings
- Assist the Head of Category with the embedding of the Shopper Science Lab applications into Shelf, Shopper, Digital, Ecommerce & Marketing opportunities, both internally & externally
- Assist with collaboration, implementation of a global the strategy
- Assist the Category Managers with the annual development, uniformity and updating of each brand's 5Ps
- Assist in the development and category alignment of bottom-up forecasting by marketing calendar activation, by SKU, brand & customer, as needed
- Assist the Category Team with development of major customer annual planning sessions and project support
- Develop standard reporting templates as required by the category team
Success in this role comes from a understanding of Category management and the Australian retail market. You will have experience in executing a channel/customer strategy. You will have strong analytical skills, advanced organisation & presentation skills. You will be an excellent presenter within large teams and have the ability to flex your communication styles to liaise at all levels.
Experience with Nielson Desktop, Homescan, Quantium and JDA experience is desirable with excellent commercial acumen.
You will be able to juggle multiple priorities from numerous stakeholders and demonstrate business maturity in the ability to protect the interests of GSK while ensuring a win across the business. You can work across boundaries and align key stakeholders, bringing a consistent approach to all you deliver.
