Assosicate Product Manager
Role Purpose 职位目标：
To support (Sr.) Product Manager/Marketing Manager to create and maximize value and potential for designated Brand by developing, planning and implementing marketing strategy and promotional tactics that aligned with the Brand Strategy to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1 To support (Sr.) Product Manager/Marketing Manager achieve targets within the allocated budget
1.1 Achievement of sales target
1.2 Achievement of market share target
1.3 Control of marketing and promotional expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI
2 To support (Sr.) PM/Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategy and tactics optimally
2.1 Execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional mix and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed objectives
2.2 Integration and co-ordination of Marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts
2.3 Establish partnership and relationship with KOL to develop and strengthen brand endorsement
2.4 Accurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitors information
3 To build up and maintain excellent collaboration with other functions
3.1 In consultation with Training function to ensure the input and involvement of sales force brand-related training as appropriate
3.2 In consultation with Demand Management and with input from the Sales function, to produce rolling demand forecasts, on a monthly basis of consensus
3.3 Collaboration with Medical Affairs and Regulatory function to provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to sales force that would nurture and support strong Brand positioning
1. University degree, Medical Science, Pharmacy or related major
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry and 1 year experience in field marketing or brand management
3. Experience in promotional programs development & execution, with excellent commercial insights and strong analytical skill
4. Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard soft ware applications, especially Power Point...
5. A proactive problem solver and team player, with passion for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated.
