Associate Central GA Director
Establish trust and cooperation partnership with central customer to achieve objectives of GSK.
To be responsible of Reimbursement government affairs function by developing relevant government affairs strategy including company image, public relations, reimbursement policies and affairs, and watch of legislation evolution so as to assure a long term development in china (Strategic Plan) and implementing this strategy in accordance with the Company's objectives.
1、 Communicate and lobby with government decision makers in different levels with specific goal.
2、 Build up relationship with NHC、 MIIT、MCA、MOEM、PMPH、CPHIIC、ACWF to ensure corporate business is well protected and fit with government development agenda and direction.
3、 Build and maintain good relationship with professional associations .
4、 Main scopes are focused on NHC、 MIIT、MCA、MOEM、PMPH、CPHIIC、ACWF and expert committee to ensure newly-launched or licensed products get into related Reimbursement list.
1、 Essential-At least bachelor's degree on pharmaceutical or related major.
2、 At least 3-5 years experience working in government affairs and good relationship with National Health Commission.
3、 Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard soft ware applications, especially Power Point.
4、 Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
5、 Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated.
6、 Computer literacy.
