Assistant Brand Manager

Your Responsibilities:

An opportunity is available for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Sydney Team. This role will be working across our NRT/Skin Portfolio. You will be joining a team of 6 and assisting in the creation of amazing campaigns, working individually on projects and working across multiple channels.
You will be proactive, collaborative and have the experience to work autonomously. Your ability to deliver results cross functionally along with your exceptional communications skills will be instrumental in your success.

Key responsibilities:
•Contribute in the development and implementation of consumer marketing strategies
•Assist in the launch of new product development, their consumer & trade campaigns support achievement of revenue and sales targets and contribute to the brand growth
•Contribute in the development and implementation of expert marketing strategies
•Work with cross functional teams to identify, develop and implement effective brand tactics ensuring all opportunities are fully utilised
•Assist in preparation of ad hoc analysis as required by Marketing Manager

Key skills and experience required:
•Previous experience within marketing holding a similar position
•Experience in executing brand strategies and plans
•Ability to manage execution using planning and project management skills
•Proven communication skills (both written and oral) for the preparation of marketing and promotional plans, tactics and materials
•Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with management, staff and external stakeholders such as marketing agencies
•Drive to take initiative and work under own direction
•Experience working on a large FMCG brand is desirable
