Artwork Analyst - GSK Consumer Healthcare – Mandatory Spanish

Basic qualifications:

Our Artwork area is responsible for managing all development stages of the graphic art packaging, and every introduction process of new products.

  • Plan, prioritize and execute multi-projects to ensure all deadlines/schedules are maintained and met;
  • Chase approvers where necessary and escalate any delays back to artwork team and all stakeholders engaged at the project;
  • Ensure all artwork is progressed in compliance with regional and global procedures;
  • Create and manage all artwork change requests (CR) and becoming an expert in the PASS system operation;
  • Ensure key milestones are achieved in the change process and that all milestones are tracked;
  • Meet artwork KPis (deadline, accuracy, cost), conducting and executing improvement measures related to artwork process;
  • Ensure the artwork brief provided to PASS or the external artwork agency is well detailed and accurate;

Preferred qualifications:

Professional might work in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) or Colombia (Bogotá), according to their current residence.

We are looking for people with these characteristics, to achieve our goals:

  • Required: Full Higher Education in Graphic Design, Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Social Communication;
  • Advanced Spanish and English required;

Desirable Experience and Abilities:

  • Consumer Industry;
  • Professional background in Marketing;
  • Native Spanish will be a differential;
  • Basic Portuguese.
