Adminstrative Support Coordinator-Field Sales

Provides administrative and project support to GSK operating teams as assigned. Scope of responsibility includes comprehensive administrative support to Local Sales Teams inclusive of daily operations of regional office, reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, and overall support of team deliverables. Provides remote administrative support to additional team members as assigned.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage operations and daily activities of GSK Sales Office.
Lead meeting coordination for teams as required.
Administer purchasing system requirements, which include Purchase Order generation to Payment processing in SAP system.
Manage business reporting to include utilization of Microsoft BI, Retailer data portal, and other third-party vendors.
Develop presentations and resources in support of key meetings and processes. To include Power point presentations, Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents.
Updates team related material such as contact lists, equipment status and fulfillment distribution lists.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least one year of working experience in professional environment in administration, project coordination, or office management.
Must be highly proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
Proficiency with written and oral skills, ability to interact with all levels of organization and customer while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
3+ years of experience in Administrative Support or Office Management, or Project Administration in Professional Environment.
Previous experience in a Sales Operations department or division.
SAP/BI and Sales Force experience is highly desirable.
Previous experience with the administration of purchase orders.
Prior experience in the creation of presentations in PowerPoint and/or other mediums.
