职位目标:

不断完善渠道优化方案,最大程度满足患者需求,保证产品可及性。洞悉和解读国家医药相关政策,并就政策内容提供可行性方案,大力推进招标及医院入药成功。协助区域商务营运总监辅导省内商务专员/主管

主要工作职责:

1.确保管辖地区招投标的成功

1)根据招标SOP建立招标工作小组,执行招标(政策解读,沟通,谈判等),以确保招标流程管理完整和较高招标成功率.

2)有效评估经销商网络及潜在运营风险,通过合适的渠道进行市场覆盖,确保产品的患者可及性。

3)协助商务策略团队保证报表文件的完整存档

2.促进日常业务运营,零坏账以及健康的营运资金

1)与经销商签订经销商协议以及销售合同, 管理地区渠道价格,并保持合理的库存;

2)协助对经销商现场审核,和假货调查;

3)退换货和质量投诉处理;

4)跟进经销商及时回款,确保无不良债务;

5)跟进直连商业数据上传的及时、准确。定期分析经销商进销存报告,找出问题的解决方案;

6)与经销商良好的沟通/谈判,制定合作方案;

3.协助区域商务营运总监加强团队人员的业务沟通能力

1)参加讨论与商务相关SOP流程的修订和起草,并提供合理的意见.

2)负责新贸易模式下渠道管理知识和能力框架,业务操作流程,岗位职责等/培训;
