WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8+ years of experience designing very functional, fluid, and engaging social utilities or enterprise apps
- Cross platform experience desired; ideally there is one product you've supported across email, web, and native app design patterns
- Expert data visualization experience
- Familiarity with data-driven products
- Strong commitment to and experience with integrating usability testing, research, and requirements in a user-centered design process
- Creative problem solver with the ability to communicate design direction clearly and assimilate rapid feedback
- Ability to create prototypes using whatever group of tools you have available; HTML/CSS/JS skills would be great
- We love people who have high standards, a willingness to learn, and grit
