Customer Success Director

We’re looking for a Director of Customer Success in San Francisco, CA to help optimize our customer experience. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who wants to make a real impact in customers’ lives and is ready to drive the experience from pre-sales to roll out.


  • Engage and maintain a trusted partnership with customers in a way that thoughtfully change their perception of what is possible from both a business and strategic perspective

  • Define and optimize the customer experience

  • Design customer success for scale, including defining customer tier

  • Implement account management strategy to hit renewal and upsell goals

  • Drive customer perspective across the organization


Desired Skills & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of related work experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills

  • Experience in CPG, staffing, and/or consulting industries (desired)

  • Passionate about customer service and how it can transform business.  

  • Strong project management or organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Comfortable working with executive-level customer (VP and above) contacts.

  • Intelligent, patient, and empathetic communicator

  • Roll-up-the sleeves work ethic and responsiveness to change

  • Eagerness to have an impact on a rapidly growing startup

  • Based in the SF Bay Area
