Business Development Manager
We are experiencing explosive growth and are looking to add a Business Development Manager in key market areas to accelerate our expansion and open doors to even more clients.
Gigwalk is seeking Business Development Managers to identify, source, pitch, and close new revenue opportunities in with product manufacturers, consumer brands, and retailers.
We are looking for fearless hunters with a solid track record of bringing in new business, who are also strategic thinkers who can position Gigwalk to win in the long run.
- Target and generate revenue directly from industry.
- Persuasively communicate Gigwalk’s offering and unique value-proposition
- Open doors to new accounts by cold-calling, leveraging your existing relationships, Gigwalk marketing programs, and newly developed industry connections
- Develop and maintain relationships at all personnel levels within an account, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the account’s organization and revenue potential
- Work cross-functionally within Gigwalk to provide product feedback and help develop targeted marketing programs in this sector
THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- 5 to 7 years experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS solutions & technology platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Consistently exceeded quarterly sales quotas against your territory and/or account list
- Comfortable & experienced with managing all of the moving parts and complexities of multi-million dollar deals
- Conversant in modern selling methods & tools
- Consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient, aggressive – thrives in a competitive environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel & entertain clients as needed
- Strong references
