Provide exceptional customer service:

  • Welcome and connect with each and every customer
  • Effectively recommend products and accommodating purchases to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide product demonstrations and sampling
  • Ensure that each customer experience results in a "WOW".
Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards/guidelines.
  • Only serve items that meet visual and product quality standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling
  • Follow merchandising, stock, rotation and storage standards
  • Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift
Contribute to Store Profitability
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies
  • Follow inventory and stock guidelines
Assume responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista
  • Responsible for self-initiated learning beyond the standard training program
  • Learn and demonstrate all standards of product and conduct established by Giant

Essential Skills
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: To competently perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:

Education (Minimum Needed): High School or equivalent certificate

Experience (Minimum Needed: Preferable supervisory and or barista experience

Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job:

Special Skills: Customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, foodhandling certificate preferred
