ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide exceptional customer service:
- Welcome and connect with each and every customer
- Effectively recommend products and accommodating purchases to enhance the customer experience
- Provide product demonstrations and sampling
- Ensure that each customer experience results in a "WOW".
- Only serve items that meet visual and product quality standards
- Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling
- Follow merchandising, stock, rotation and storage standards
- Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift

- Follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies
- Follow inventory and stock guidelines
- Responsible for self-initiated learning beyond the standard training program

Essential Skills
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: To competently perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:
Education (Minimum Needed): High School or equivalent certificate
Experience (Minimum Needed: Preferable supervisory and or barista experience
Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job:
Special Skills: Customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, foodhandling certificate preferred
