- Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software
- Prepare the Order Acknowledgment
- Prepare invoices
- Prepare the Lien Waivers
- Assist the project managers with administrative duties
- Support with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc.,
- Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.
- Order status and resolving discrepancies.
- Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitored

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Supporting the process of logistics, good receipt, (inventory check, etc.)
- Proof of deliveries collection and administration
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Business with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing
- OR Associate degree with at least 4 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with video conferencing and scanning
The salary range for this position is 69,600.00 - 87,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. 69,600.00 - 87,000.00 - 104,400.00 USD Annual
