You are a trusted partner to the technology leadership team and provide talent solutions to business problems. You are agile, metrics-driven, and tenacious by nature. You’re a top-notch sourcer, leveraging your network and that of our high performers. You may occasionally find a hire through a posting or an agency, but you’d rather pull a rabbit out of your hat and show us just how engaged you are in the Seattle tech community by filling the pipeline with your own network.

Your Next Challenge:

  • Partner with the CTO and other tech and HR leadership to strategically approach and then execute mid-to-senior level tech hiring across Seattle, Calgary, NYC and Madison, WI.

  • Develop and implement creative, effective, and data-driven recruiting strategies, including mastering the basics of competitive intelligence, researched-based candidate pipeline development, and event strategy.

  • Provide candidates with the best possible experience, driving them to view Getty Images as a best place to work.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience with best-in-class tech talent acquisition (ideally at mid-to-large size tech companies and/or startups)

  • Tentacles in all areas of the Seattle tech community (front and back-end engineering, product, data/analytics, search, and UX). The minute you hear of a talent gap in our org, you immediately think of great people from your network who would be a fit.

  • Desire to educate and evangelize recruiting best practices throughout the company

  • High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize talent acquisition needs

  • BA/BS preferred
