We are seeking an IT Transformation System Analysis Lead will drive the design of IT systems and processes critical to our transformation initiatives. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership capabilities to assess current systems, identify improvement opportunities, and guide the implementation of cutting-edge solutions that align with our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
- Design and document system architecture and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT transformation objectives.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine systems and processes.
- Collaborate with IT Transformation leadership team and business partners to build an overall system strategy and roadmap that supports organizational growth.
- Develop technical specifications and requirements for new systems or existing system modifications.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to ensure cohesive and integrated system implementations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and enforce best practices for IT governance, data security, and risk management.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with compliance standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis, IT project management, or a related field, with a focus on IT transformation.
- Strong technical background with expertise in system architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certification in project management (PMP) and IT service management (ITIL) is a plus.
- Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work in an office and/or at-home, remote office environment.
- Schedule flexibility is occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
Competitive base pay starting at $ 117,208.00 annually.
Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role
