Position: Technical Lead

Location : Chennai



  • Should have 8 years of IT experience with 5 years' experience in application software/IVR development
  • Knowledge of REST-style web services, HTTP, HTTP servers
  • Exposure to Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) would be an added advantage
  • Previous experience in IVR development and ACD/skill routing development preferred
  • Previous experience with VXML/SCXML is preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Experience with version control systems such as Mercurial
  • Knowledge of test management / defect tracking systems
  • Hands on experience with Genesys products and solutions
  • Experience in building and maintaining of Cloud based automated test environments
  • Practical experience with JIRA and Zephyr
