Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Department & Team: Sales –APAC Sales

Reports to: Steven Song

Location: Beijing, China


The Senior Sales Operations Specialist reports directly to the Greater China Sales Leader and is responsible for the daily Sales Operations activities relating to Greater China business and to support the Sales team to meet/exceed quarterly and annual business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly forecast report for Greater China region to facilitate weekly forecast review with the Sales team
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives to drive and maintain the accuracy & consistency of the data in SFDC

Support management team to prepare forecast/pipeline reports for analytical and planning purposes

  • Manage & maintain the Opportunity Registration Request (ORF) / Deal Registration database
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Channel Manager and Business Partners during order processing
  • Support Sales teams & other supporting functions in bid activities and ensure all RFQ response documents & processes are in accordance to company policies
  • Liaison with Business Partner, Sales & License teams to address license application issues
  • Collaborate with Finance to follow-up outstanding AR with Business Partners
  • Support Sales & Marketing events & participate special projects/programs as assigned by manager
  • Carry out general Sales Operations activities as assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Business & Commerce, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • More 3 years of Sales Operations experiences
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (experience with pivot tables) & PowerPoint
  • SFDC experience preferred
  • Order entry / Sales support experience preferred
  • Can communicate fluently in both Chinese & English
  • Attention to detail required

  • Ability to work on time sensitive material in a fast-paced environment required
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Self driven & ability to work under minimal supervision
