Sr. Product Manager - Bots & Apps
We have an excellent opportunity as a Sr Product Manager for Bots and Apps based in the UK, remotely.
You will work with and report to the Director of Product Management for Self-Service and Automation to define and execute the Genesys Bot and AI product strategy.
The Sr Product Manager will be responsible for enabling, driving and measu ring growth for bots and applications by building synergies with other products in the Genesys portfolio as well as helping to develop and deliver product roadmap and go to market activities.
- Drive self-service and automation bookings through thought leadership in the bot, AI and application domain
- Generate, develop, curate and justify product roadmap ideas that will help differentiate Genesys in the bot and AI market
- Work closely with R&D and other PMs to ensure quality product definition and timely product delivery
- Work with investment program leads to measure and report on KPIs such as utilisation, roadmap and bookings for their program
- Drive and be responsible for commercial readiness for GTM offers and ensure quality sales and field enablement
- Manage a team of existing product managers with a focus on career development and learning
Key experience and requirements
- You are required to have at least 10 years' experience in the field of AI, self-service or business applications
- Have a good understanding of Genesys technologies
- You will be proactive, passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and able to work independently to achieve success in this role
- Candidate should have experience managing a small team
- S trong business and technical background ideally in a product management or consulting role
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of their time mainly to the US and Europe
