Senior Sales Manager
Genesys is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team.The purpose of this newly created role is to manage the Sales & Pre Sales team consisting of 15 Software professionals as well as individually contribute to exceed the Country’s goals.The Sales, Pre-Sales Consulting teams will directly report to this person.
- To grow revenues against set target from direct selling & Genesys Channels.
- Manage, on a strategic level, the entire revenue generating Sales team and ensure that Genesys sales targets are always met and exceeded.
- To recruit and develop new Channels
- To grow revenues by identifying new business prospects in conjunction with Genesys Channels and customers.
- To give strategic direction to the overall development of Genesys business
- Establish and maintain the relationships between Genesys and the Channel Partner at all levels, including Senior Management/Main board levels.
- Adhere to the Company’s Standards and Processes
- Minimum 7 years experience of directly managing a sales team of over 15 direct reports
- Fluent in both English and Korea (Written & Spoken)
- Experience Recruiting and growing partners; distributors, resellers, Vars etc.
- Experience in selling successfully Software Solutions at a high level to all markets,
- Experience in managing executive relationships with End-Users & Channels
- Great presentation Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
