Sales Operations, Intern

Summary:

The Sales Operations team is comprised of dynamic individuals that bring together diverse backgrounds to tackle the most complex challenges facing the Sales Organization. Supporting 650 Sales Professionals, the team leads company transformation by bringing people, tools and processes together to take the business to new heights. As trusted advisors, we drive change to deliver operational excellence.

This role will work closely with members of the Sales Operations team on a number of strategic initiatives focused on understanding, measuring, and improving Genesys business outcomes. This high visibility experience will provide an opportunity to contribute immediately while observing from an insider's perspective what it's like to have a business career at a premier enterprise software company. The candidate will have the opportunity to play a vital role in optimizing the overall efficiency of the Sales Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completed junior year at a top tier university
  • Studying business, economics, mathematics and/or communications
  • Interest in the technology industry and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical skill set and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Advance working knowledge of Excel
  • Superior presentation skills in PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Fun to be around and continuously maintains a positive attitude
