Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary:

Genesys is the global omnichannel customer experience and contact center solution leader. Genesys Mobile Engagement and Callback consists of a Java Server application that is highly integrated with the Genesys suite of products.

We are looking for a special candidate who will be able to contribute to the product evolution.

What you need for this position:

  • 10 Years of Software Development Experience
  • Thorough understanding of Best Practices:
  • Development processes

Development pipeline

Continuous Integration/automation

Great Problem Solving Skills

Ability to work with minimal direction

Excellent communication and language skills

Experience with CTI and related technologies

  • Genesys / IVR /Routing / SIP

Major Plus:

  • Experience with specific programming technologies

Java / Eclipse (or equivalent) / Mercurial/Git

Python

SCXML
