Solution management plays a pivotal role in bringing to life commercial offerings for Genesys customers, in this role you will be working with cross functional teams across Sales, Architecture, Product Marketing and Management, Services and Customer Care to help deliver to on the ongoing operational requirements of the organization. With a bias for getting 'stuck in', you will bridge technology with business value and help deliver the next chapter in the Genesys Customer Success transformation.
- Solution Governance program management
- Chasing deliverables
- Working with resource pools to assist in the delivery, usually around content
- Holding meetings where required
- SMART 'Ring Leader'
- Go to and overall document management of the SMART deliverables
- Basically be that person who pushes everyone for the next piece
- The end goal is to get them self-building
- Facilitating SMART discussions and note taking
- Understand and analyze customer needs.
- Work with the solution team to define a product vision and strategy.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to build and launch new market capabilities.
Pursuing a qualification in computer science or similar and looking to finish in 2018.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep interest in creating and analyzing products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.
