Responsibilities:

Summary:

Our products are high performance web applications that are written inJava, JavaScript and a proprietary markup language executing on the Genesysplatform. They have a web based application for administration,monitoring and reporting. These products typically have big datafunctionality and/or advanced analytics capabilities, provide RESTful APIs andscale to handle thousands of operations per second. Additionally, ourproduct provides voice Callback capabilities to complement the Genesys productofferings.

We are looking for an engineer who would be able to contribute to theproduct evolution, development process automation, and devops capabilities forcloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the product evolution, development process automation, and devops capabilities for cloud
  • You will grow as a developer and be involved in many aspects of the product lifecycle
  • Including deployment into the Genesys cloud worldwide using the latest DevOps best practices.
  • 6 years of Software Development Experience
  • Best Practices / Experience in development process / development pipeline / automation
  • Great Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Java / Eclipse (or equivalent)
  • Mercurial/Git, Python, Jenkins
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with CTI and related technologies
  • Genesys

  • Routing
  • SIP
