Associate Full Stack Developer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Associate Full Stack Engineer to help take our Predictive Routing team to the next level. Predictive Routing helps determine the best possible match between waiting calls and available agents and then route the calls accordingly.
We are seeking well-rounded Software Engineers with strong programming skills. Working in a highly collaborative, Agile team environment, our teams are full-stack, with capabilities to deliver elastically scalable features across Front-End, Business Logic, Eventing and Storage layers. Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scalability, security and usability.
- Assist in the implementation of major features within our AI Platform.
- Bring features all the way through the Design, Beta, Generally Available, Maintain cycle.
- Understand the overall architecture of the system.
- Enhance overall team velocity.
- Apply process appropriately for test automation, data security, traceability and information sharing
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- You have a good understanding of test-driven development
- You have some experience in test automation applications like J-Meter, Selenium or similar
- You are curious, self-motivated, embrace collaborative team-work, ask the right questions, enjoy learning new technologies
We expect you to have experience with some of the following technologies and are willing to learn the rest:
- Software algorithms, data structures and performance at scale.

- Machine Learning
