Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Experiential Marketing team, leading the expansion of Cadillac's brand presence in the UK. You will be passionate about building relationships, networking, and collaborating with local communities and key stakeholders to achieve Cadillac's commercial objectives. This role will focus on creating engaging experiences, events, activations, and partnerships that drive brand consideration, lead collection, and test drive bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Identify opportunities for Cadillac to showcase its EV portfolio at existing events, shows, and activations.
- Manage the budget for events, activations, and engagements, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and impactful.

Activation Strategy and Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of Cadillac's physical spaces and activations across the UK.
- Manage the full RSVP process and guest attendance for all events, ensuring smooth operations from pre-event to post-event stages.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and agency partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Community and Network Building:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community leaders, influencers, and customers to drive targeted activities and engagement.
- Leverage existing community and business networking events to enhance Cadillac's presence in key markets.
Innovation and Lead Generation:
- Actively seek innovative, digital-first ideas to maximize lead collection and test drive bookings.
- Work closely with the content manager to create promotional content for upcoming engagements, ensuring broad outreach and engagement.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Produce post-event reports, manage reconciliation processes, and share results on internal platforms like Yammer and social media.
- Coordinate with PR, social media, and communications teams to align event calendars and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in automotive experiential marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and imaginative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in organizing and executing events.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
Location: This role is categorized as remote. This means the successful candidate may be based anywhere in UK and is not expected to report to a GM worksite unless directed by their manager.
