During this one-year program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on corporate leadership and management experience while interacting with senior executives and associates at all levels. Partnered with a mentor who is also a veteran, we'll ensure you have the support and coaching needed to thrive in the program too. Fast-tracking your career in our Customer Service department, you'll learn the ins and outs of our business and what makes GEICO's customer service stand out. You'll work on projects that could include strategic planning, project management, business plan development, and so much more. When you finish the program, you'll be ready for a future with enormous potential as a leader that drives results and cultivates successful teams at GEICO. Salary:

$32.26 per hour / $65,000 annually

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Military leadership experience at the Non-commissioned Officer level, or above, with direct supervision responsibilities from any US Military branch
  • Completion of at least 4 years of Active Duty Military Service with an Honorable discharge, Retired, or current Reserve/Guard
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Eagerness to explore new skills, a passion for motivating and leading others, with a competitive spirit, and an openness to different career paths
  • Willingness to relocate upon program completion required

Coverage begins with the pay period after hire date. Must enroll in New Hire Benefits within 30 days of the date of hire for coverage to take effect.
