Design Project Manager

Job Description

Are you very organized and like to move things along in a project? Are you a huge advocate for the user? The Digital Experience team is looking for Design Project Managers who are super organized, creative problem solvers, and excellent communicators. We are looking for project managers who can bridge gaps between the stakeholders and the designers while understanding the needs of our team in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for putting together project plans, removing roadblocks, and pushing the project forward all in the best interest of our designers and UX researchers. This role is very crucial in the success of our projects as you will excel at the operational aspects while freeing up the designers and UX researchers to do what they do best make great experiences come to life!

Candidate Qualifications:

3+ years experience with project management, product management, or relevant experience in a cross-functional environment

Deep knowledge of and appreciation for the creative process

Experience and knowledge of the agile methodology

Experience working in a digital environment delivering mobile apps and responsive web interfaces is a must

Ability to articulate design decisions confidently both written and spoken

Creative ability to ideate from an initial concept and can see it through the design process to implementation

Ability to manage and prioritize projects while still maintaining pixel-perfect attention to details

Experience and competent with JIRA is a must

Desired Qualifications:

PMP certification is a plus
