The VP of Business Systemsand Analytics will lead the team responsible for the design and support ofExecutive Program s business intelligence function. Will providestrategic vision in establishing business information processes; definebusiness system requirements; develop operational measurement capabilities;lead analysis and provide insight and recommendations to supportdecision-making and product development.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Work with ExPleadership to understand business information priorities in order to design anddevelop business information processes, systems and analytics that enable ExPassociates to achieve strategic objectives;

2.Identifyopportunities for business process improvement (BPI), advises ExP leadership ofsolutions and leads BPI initiatives;

3.Inspire, coach, andmanage team of analysts who collect, analyze and document businessrequirements, produce timely and insightful analysis, and design and implementbusiness process solutions;

4.Develop operationalmeasurement capabilities and determine the means for quantifying performanceand compliance;

5.Lead or overseepublication of monthly management reports and updates;

6.Lead team ofanalysts in India to publish monthly operations reports with sufficient degreeof accuracy. Will manage the team to increase the level of accuracy forcontinuous improvement;

7.Ensure the testingand coordinated implementation of business process solutions;

8.Establishprocess-related policies, standards, governance and methodologies to enable thebusiness to seamlessly adopt a process culture;

9.Train ExP associatesin the use of business information systems and business intelligence tools toenhance service delivery effectiveness and business decision-making capability;

10.Lead the analysisfor ExP s annual Long-Range Planning assignments. Interpret data,identify key findings and develop recommendations for review by the OperatingCommittee;

IMPACT OFROLE AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

1.Ensure that ExecutivePrograms BU has the necessary tools, systems, processes and information toexecute on its strategic objectives;

2.Provides innovativebusiness solutions, optimizes the performance of ExP businessintelligence tools anddrives continuous improvement of business processes;

3.Recognized as a subject matter expert in ExP sbusiness systems, data relationship model and data assets;

REQUIREMENTS:
Engagement Managerexperience or higher with top-tier consulting firms;

MBA required with anundergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering ormathematics;

10+ years businessexperience;

Six-sigmacertification (green belt or black belt) preferred;

Preferably a highdegree of technical competency, including the ability to program using a querylanguage interface such as SQL or Access; expert Excel skills; expertreport-writing skills, e.g. Crystal Reports; and advanced PowerPoint skills;

Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skills;

Strong understandingof business intelligence as a discipline. Developing understanding ofBig DataAnalyticswith ability to translate strategic objectivesinto businessintelligence/associated functional requirements;

Demonstrated ability totranslate data into actionable information;

Strongleadership/people-management and relationship-building skills, with an abilityto influence others;
