Team Lead, Inbound Sourcing


Develop, manage, drive, and enhance various Recruiting Programs Office initiatives.

• Manage program specialists supporting respective program

• Be SME on internal process and tools (e.g. customer relationship management tool (CRM): Employee Referral Program and portal) and current technologies, market trends and industry best practices.

• Consistently review and enhance recruiting processes and programs

• Conduct advanced training sessions to recruiting/sourcing team members on more efficient use of Avature or introduction of new recruiting processes

• Responsible for developing, tracking, reporting, and analyzing candidate data within Avature for all recruiting programs initiatives: Referral Program, Offshore vendor initiatives (iPlace), lead generations activities (lightning rounds, campus, candidate events, targeted campaigns), candidate throughputs and recruiter activity that is BU specific.

• Develop and execute on strategy for global programs

• Project manage multiple initiatives that generate and engage talent for Gartner

• Plan, organize, execute and track large scale recruiting events

• Help drive increased results and efficiency for recruiting programs

• Ensure that Recruiting/Sourcing team is trained and able to utilize systems and effectively work within the scope of our programs and represent programs to their partners

• Drive results by providing accurate data/reporting and insightful analysis on findings

• Creating strong candidate experiences by keeping candidates engaged with Gartner through the use of Talent Communities



Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree

• 5-7 years of experience

• 1-3 years mentoring, coaching or managing people

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, advanced excel experience including pivot tables and formulas, prior recruiting experience, experience with a recruiting software.
