Sr Event Planner


This Event Concierges’ goal will be to support attendee retention, helping them derive the best value from the conference and drive exhibitor retention through facilitated exhibitor meetings. The Event Concierge will help attendees plan their event effectively and ensure they get the best value from the conference by:

• Recommending which sessions to attend based on their current initiatives or interests

• Giving them an overview of the program

• Organizing One-on-One analyst appointments

• Helping them register for workshops and roundtables

• Connecting them with other attendees

• Connecting them with relevant exhibitors through facilitated meetings

• Assisting clients onsite during the event


Qualifications:


•At least 1-3 year experience in the events industry

•Significant customer service experience

•Familiarity with IT / Technology preferred

•Proven ability to interact with clients in customer service/relationship management role

•Proven ability to manage multiple tasks

•Strong organizational skills

•Strong client focused/ customer service skills

•Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

•Stellar interpersonal skills and passion for providing the highest quality service possible

•Strong client focused/ customer service skills

•Personable with attention to detail

•Strong oral & written communication skills
